Traditional Jewish Ethics in a Modern Legal System
Jewish sources say many of the same things regarding ethics as the Rules of Professional Conduct. Learn about these similarities and how you can take Jewish teachings to guide your professional conduct. This course can be counted towards Continuing Legal Education pending approval from the Indiana Commission for Continuing Legal Education.

Were They Really That Good or That Bad?
As we look at how biblical narratives and later commentaries portray some heroes and villains we’ll consider whether heroes were always admirable and whether villains had redeeming qualities. We’ll also think about why many commentaries exaggerate the extremes.

Biblical Hebrew
Read the bible in its original language. After learning the basic Hebrew skills, the learner will gain a deeper understanding of the Hebrew Bible through Biblical Hebrew. Although Modern Hebrew differs from Biblical Hebrew with respect to grammar, vocabulary, and phonology, it is sometimes used in Modern Hebrew literature and even in conversation.
